Fabrication:

Our
trusses are assembled in a controlled environment.

Each
truss is jigged with member and joint locations
precisely measured to ensure that each trusses
matches the design model.

All
joints are connected with special double-shear
screw,s which provide added strength and
stability. The screws are self drilling,
self locking and coated to resist rust and
corrosion.

The
steel is galvanized to resist rust and
corrosion.

The
webs are various sized tube stock.

The
chords are a section that is symmetrical
about the axis of loading that prevents
twisting and buckling that can happen
with C-stud trusses. Stiffeners on the
cord section add strength and stability,
especially during erection.

We
have several gauges and sizes of material
to choose from which allows us to value
engineer each truss. The gauge of each
piece is clearly marked for easy identification.
