Having served the Florida Builder since 1977, A-1 is one of the longest operating Truss manufacturing companies in the State.

Opening in 1977 in Mangonia Park, near West Palm Beach Florida, A-1 moved to a new facility in November 1979. For the next twenty years A-1 operated at 199 Pike Road, West Palm Beach FL. (Southern Blvd. and the Florida Turnpike)

In June of 1998, A-1 purchased the Truss Division from GulfStream Lumber, on Woolbright Road and Federal Highway in Boynton Beach. One year later, due to Eminant domain with the Turnpike, A-1 consolidated Pike Road to the Boynton Beach Facility.

In December 2002 our most ambitious project came to fruition with the opening of a totally efficient manufacturing facility located across from the Airport in Ft. Pierce. With this factory, we are providing top customer service to all of our Florida and Caribbean customers.

In October 2004 A-1 partnered with a Public Entity name BMHC.Then in September 2008 the original owner and operator took back over ownership.

Today. A-1 is positioned better than any of it's competition. With an experienced staff, owned and operated for over 32 years, A-1 is the longest standing fabricator to date. It will be your partner for the long term future.
